Together, we’ll thoughtfully design your vacation before your Disney reservation is even booked.
Once your vacation is booked, that same level of care continues. We’ll work together through one-on-one planning, personalized strategies, thoughtfully curated recommendations, and dining reservations booked on your behalf, refining the details as your vacation comes together so you can simply look forward to the magic ahead.

If you’re ready to book and are comfortable using the planning resources and guidance included with your reservation, our complimentary Reservation Planning may be all you need.
Signature planning begins once your engagement fee is secured.
From there, we’ll connect by email or phone to review your travel details, priorities, and overall direction.
Using that, we design tailored vacation package options and make any necessary adjustments before moving forward with booking.
Securing your reservation allows us to begin the full planning process and guide you through each step leading up to travel.
Every Signature Planning experience is personalized based on your family’s travel dates and planning goals. We begin planning as soon as you purchase Signature Planning, giving us the opportunity to explore your options, answer questions, and thoughtfully prepare before your vacation is booked.
Once you’ve booked your Walt Disney World Resort & Ticket Package or Theme Park Tickets through Dreaming of the Mouse, our planning doesn’t stop. We’ll continue working together throughout the planning process, scheduling optional one-on-one planning conversations, refining your plans, and guiding you through each important planning milestone leading up to your arrival.
The farther in advance you begin planning, the more time we’ll have to work together. Because Walt Disney World pricing and availability aren’t guaranteed until your reservation or ticket purchase is confirmed, we’ll also help you find the right balance between thoughtful planning and booking while your preferred options are still available.
Signature Planning is designed to accompany a Walt Disney World Resort & Ticket Package or Walt Disney World Theme Park Ticket purchase booked through Dreaming of the Mouse.
We understand that plans can change. Because planning begins as soon as you purchase Signature Planning, the one-time planning fee is non-refundable, even if you ultimately decide not to move forward with your reservation or ticket purchase.
Signature Planning is designed around a shared vacation plan.
For families traveling together in multiple rooms, we’ll help coordinate recommendations and planning as long as the group is working toward the same overall vacation goals.
If different families would like separate planning, individualized recommendations, or independent decision-making, separate Signature Planning services may be recommended.
If you’ve started with our complimentary Reservation Planning and decide you’d like additional one-on-one guidance, you can upgrade to Signature Planning at any point during the planning process.
The earlier you upgrade, the more time we’ll have to work together, allowing you to take full advantage of everything Signature Planning has to offer.
